Yes, we offer international shipping to ALL countries.
Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask questions anytime. Note that GIVEAWAY items handed out for free do not include tracking number TO SOME AREAS, since they are sent as gifts to avoid customers having to pay customs tax due to the actual value of the item.
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our products are manufactured on demand. Regardless, it typically takes only a few days to get our items processed and shipped out. Extremely popular items (for example items given away free as part of promotion) can take up to 5 days to be processed and shipped out due to large volume of orders. Once shipped, estimated time of delivery varies based on destination country. Currently, delivery times average at around 16-24 business days, but certain areas can take up to 5 weeks (Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina for example). This does not necessarily mean that time of arrival is set, it can also take a lot less. Please wait up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive - most orders reach destination country within a week but customs take time, this is set by your country's government and security policies, which is something we have no control over.
First of all, we wish to provide best prices for our customers and remove the likelyhood of our clients having to pay extra taxes when products arrive to destination countries. This naturally means that shipments take a little longer, but that allows us to maintain a budget price-point for our products. Furthermore, as we have acquired fresh certifications and partnerships with shipping companies and postal services, we need to reach a certain threshold of orders for three months in a row in order to establish an express business setup with them. Therefore, currently shipments take a little longer, but it is something that will be greatly enhanced in the following months as our partnerships grow. Lastly, certain countries take more time for deliveries due to strict customs regulations and checks, meaning that item processing takes longer - this is controlled by your country and not by us, so please maintain patience.
Since we manufacture on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Refund is available only if your item has not already been shipped. We allow 2 hours of error time after order is placed, so make sure to notify us as soon as possible, otherwise your order will already undergo processing, labelling and headed for shipment. In this instance, refund is not available. You can always return the item when this happens, and we will issue you a full refund once the item has arrived back (shipping items back is paid by the customer).
All questions, disputes and concerns about your order should be directed to email@example.com. Please note that if you issue a dispute on PayPal about your order, it can not be handled by us before PayPal reviews it, which makes the process drag out for longer than a week. If you wish for concerns to be handled quickly, always contact us first and we will find a suitable solution for your needs within 24 hours.
